Your goal as an up and coming tattoo artist should be to achieve the greatest level of artistry you can, the way you do tattoos is a walking advertisement for what you can do. A customer that is pleased with the work you have created should tell ten people or even more where they got their tattoo and they will also return to get more tattoos done by you.

There is a lot of money to be made if you are a successful artist and things are going well and you have a string of shops but the main thing you should be concentrating on is getting better at your art and working on your skills. If you work towards being a tattoo artist in this way money will just come flowing in.
